We were very excited to receive our delivery of brand new harps. 7 children have already signed up for harp lessons and these little harps will be going home with them so they can do lots of practise! #harp @beckiluff_music
This half-term our Wellbeing topic has been all about how we can look after our amazing bodies. Here are some of the wonderful things are children have been doing, shared on our wellbeing blackboard. #wellbeingwednesday
Internet safety is a huge part of our digital learning lessons. Last term we learnt about communicating online and our digital footprints across many year groups. Later this term we have ChildNet coming into school to talk to our Year 5 & 6 as well as our parents about how we can all be safer on the internet. #SaferInternetDay
Our Wellbeing Ambassadors have been getting all the year groups to connect through different activities during breaktime. #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek @Place2Be #letsconnect
The children have been travelling the world today during International Day, a celebration of the different languages and cultures at Chandlings. They dressed up and experienced a wide range of activities including Samba dancing, Japanese ceramic art, African music, Flamenco, and much more. Thank you to all the parents who represented 17 countries and helped and supported the event by organising a stall. The Lantern Hall was transformed into a fantastic carnival of colours and sounds. What an amazing atmosphere!
