Our fee structure is carefully reviewed each academic year to ensure we continue delivering the highest quality educational experience while maintaining value for our families. Current fee information is readily available through our detailed fee schedule, which outlines all aspects of your investment in your child’s education at Chandlings.

Morning sessions are 8.30am – 12.15pm including lunch. Afternoon sessions are 12.30pm – 3.40pm. Wraparound care is available from 8am to 5pm at no extra charge. Sessions must be booked in advance.
Changes to booked sessions can be made from the beginning of a term or at half term.
Charges for emergency sessions in Nursery
Chandlings has been accepted by Oxfordshire County Council to be part of the Early Years Funding Scheme. We offer 15 hour of funding per week for age eligible pupils from the term after they turn 3 years old, until the term in which they turn 5.
All fees are payable in advance or payable on or before the first day of the term for which they are due.
A full term’s notice is required before the removal of a child: in default of this a term’s fee will be charged.
Every effort will be made to give a term’s notice of fee increases, but the Trustees reserve the right to increase fees without such notice.
In case of absence for all or part of the term, the full fee is payable.
Special purchases and extras requested by the parents will be charged on the end of term invoice.

These bursaries can provide support of up to 100% of day tuition fees, based on individual family circumstances. While bursary applications for this academic year have concluded, we welcome applications for September 2025 and encourage interested families to explore this through the Prep Schools Trust website.
In recognition of our service families, we offer a 25% discount to serving members of the UK Forces who receive the Continuity of Education Allowance (CEA). This reflects our appreciation for the unique challenges faced by military families and our commitment to supporting their children’s educational journey.
