Our fee structure is carefully reviewed each academic year to ensure we continue delivering the highest quality educational experience while maintaining value for our families. Current fee information is readily available through our detailed fee schedule, which outlines all aspects of your investment in your child’s education at Chandlings.
We also partner with YellowNest, an affordable childcare salary exchange scheme that may help eligible families reduce the cost of childcare by paying fees from their gross salary before tax and National Insurance deductions. Parents interested in using this scheme should speak directly with their employer and YellowNest to check eligibility and enrolment arrangements.

School Fee per term (inclusive of Personal Accident Insurance):
School fees are payable termly in advance and are inclusive of Pupil Accident Insurance.
Extra Sport Activities subject to termly change:
In addition we offer over 40 extra curricular activities and clubs at no extra charge. (subject to termly change)

Term-Time Nursery Option (Fees from September 2026)
Invoiced termly. Inclusive of Personal Accident Insurance. VAT exempt.
**Afternoon sessions using funded hours are charged at £0. We offer 15 hours of funded hours (afternoons only)
To ensure that your child is fully settled and benefitting from our specialist lessons, we recommend a minimum of 3 days per week. Below are sample weekly calculations for children enrolled in term time only nursery. Invoices are billed on a termly basis.
Chandlings has been accepted by Oxfordshire County Council to be part of the Early Years Funding Scheme. We offer 15 hours of funding per week for age eligible pupils from the term after they turn 3 years old, until they enter Reception. Please be aware that funded hours are only available for the afternoon sessions.

All-Year-Round Nursery Option (Fees from September 2026)
Invoiced monthly. Inclusive of Personal Accident Insurance. VAT exempt.
**Afternoon sessions using funded hours are charged at £0. We offer 15 hours of funded hours (afternoons only) from age 3. Funding through Oxfordshire County Council spans 38 weeks out of 50 weeks for our All-Year-Round option. See below:

All fees are payable in advance or payable on or before the first day of the term for which they are due.
A full term’s notice is required before the removal of a child: in default of this a term’s fee will be charged.
Two weeks’ notice is required for funded-only places.
Every effort will be made to give a term’s notice of fee increases, but the Trustees reserve the right to increase fees without such notice.
In case of absence for all or part of the term, the full fee is payable.
Special purchases and extras requested by the parents will be charged on the end of term invoice.

These bursaries can provide support of up to 100% of day tuition fees, based on individual family circumstances. While bursary applications for this academic year have concluded, we welcome applications for September 2026.
In recognition of our service families, we offer a 25% discount to serving members of the UK Forces who receive the Continuity of Education Allowance (CEA). This reflects our appreciation for the unique challenges faced by military families and our commitment to supporting their children’s educational journey.
